In reality, I agree. The 2015 easily could've been declared too. I can't wait to see the VPs of 2015 next to 2016. It will be fascinating to understand why some of the bigger companies chose only 2016. Those that can do both 2015 and 2017 will have a marketing advantage. But then again, those that chose 2015 up front, certainly can and most will do 2016 too, as they don't necessarily believe in (or care) about declaring back to back vintages ... no less three in a row with 2017. These 3 vintages in a look back ... may really be the model that breaks the 3x/decade tradition and that of what was once called, "general declarations" aka "classic declarations". We shall see!
