One of the states to which they will not ship is Rhode Island. They're the first retailer that I have encountered who will not ship to Rhode Island.

I strongly suggest you call the shop and mention that to them as I can assure you, if there is any way to legally do so, they will. They're very user friendly and will work out a solution with you, if at all possible.
