I have not had enough Port tonight for me to spill my guts at the airport or anywhere else in the a.m.

here is my guess....these look like shell and tube heat exchangers of some sort....but its odd that there are so many, but my guess is they are the reflux exchangers/coolers for the still that produces the brandy thats added to the Port wine? :?:
