Good buy and a great price for that. I've posted a TN on that not too long ago.

Very nice.
What was your take on the tasting? Any standout Douro wines?

Just received an e-mail about that from JJ Buckley, but I think I'm going to go for the 2011 Quinta do Vallado, Touriga Nacional, which TCWC is offering.

I've not had that one in a long time. Was very good last time, I need to dig one out of my offsite next time i'm down there and check in on it.

Picked up a 6 pack of DFJ Vinhos 2009 Vega Red. Fantastic wine for $8. Shows great fruit, without a lot of oak. Hard to find a better Douro under $10. Could be my new benchmark at that price point.

2009 Quinta do Crasto Reserva Old Vines, in 375ml, at a local b&m. I was quite surprised to discover this has been bottled in 375ml, and even more so that a local store had it.
