1 x 1964 Justino's Madeira Boal (Glenn, did I bid against you on those Brentwood auction lots? :D)
1 x 1954 Henriques & Henriques Madeira Malvasia
4 x 1995 D'Oliveiras Madeira Tinta Negra

and... drumroll...

a bottle of the H&H Grand Old Boal (photo attached).

I was a bit suspicious about the last 2009 re-corking date... but the provenience of the bottle leaves me no doubt it was re-corked by H&H (I wonder if anyone also has seen something like this before).

H&H routinely recorks their old bottled wines. I think mine was last recorked in 75.

Marco,
That Faja dos Padres may be ABSL. I don't know of any others. I've got one.

Yeah... I saw that CellarTracker listed an ABSL version of this wine. I'm waiting for it to arrive to look at the capsule and any branding on it. Is there an ABSL branding on your bottle?

Just got this 1934 H&H. Very good shape, bottled in Paris but no bottling date to be found. Any ideas?

No trace. Are selos always expected when bottled outside of Portugal?

I didn't post this earlier, but I shared a lot of 6 cases of 1964 Justino's Boal (VJH) with a couple of FTLOPers from an earlier auction. Initially paid more per bottle than I told myself I would going into the auction, but in the end I am still very happy with what we got and at the price we got them for. Thanks to my partners in crime!

There were tons more of the wine won by other folks from that auction, (anyone else on here?) so hopefully they are enjoying them as well.
