I reckon the 2011 will be delicious right now with another 5-10 years before it hits its peak. The 2017 was very nice, full of primary fruit, but drinking it last week was infanticide.

Messias 10YO tawny, reliable and solid but not exciting.

Dow 1983 VP, dark cherries and black chocolate. Delicious.

Wasn't my bottle, but a 1997 Smith Woodhouse VP; and I can report that it is still very primary and powerful.

1964 Casa do Douro Colheita Branco

Much nicer than the similar Tawny that I opened earlier. It also seems to be holding up better in bottle than the 1964 Krohn Colheita Branco, though at its peak the Krohn was a better Port. Now? Pretty close.

Typical from SWC. Thanks for the update. I will lay off the 3 bottles I own for a considerable number of years,

I have been quaffing on a few 2015 Quinta do Crasto LBV's currently. Packs quite the punch and delicious as well.

1970 Feuerheerd VP
Brought a 1970 Fonseca and 1994 Fonseca in case the first wines were bad, but for VP just drank the Feuerheerd (along with a "60", a colheita, ...) as it was quite good. The others will be saved for the next dinner get together.

2011 Pocas LBV (opened May 14). Young, but good. It needs another 5 years at least, but it will get better. 12 hour decant recommended.

2015 Quinta do Crasto LBV

The Andresen knocked it out the park. Excellent start to the weekend.
