It's great for $10.99. An amazing price! Sogrape does not make bad wines. Maybe the occasional boring wine, but not flawed. I've had the other Morgado Ports in the past, and they were forgettable. These are correct and beyond many 10 year olds Tawnies that I've had.

1998 Cockburn’s Quinta dos Canais VP. This has been my house vintage port for about 3 years now. Been consistently good over a few cases and is now at peak.

Croft Reserve Ruby
Having this Port with cheese before bed, it's lovely. Enticing aroma, it does have a strong kick but is otherwise scrumptious with bright, fresh fruit.
edit: Kick wore off next day, its quite pleasant.

What a great line up! How was the SW and the Barros? I've had the '70 Dow before and it's been good. I do have a bottle of the '70 SW, but I've never tried that one before.
The Smith Woodhouse was good, and the Dow even better. The Barros was fine and probably would have been very good on its own, but it was served with a bunch of other outstanding wines and didn't hold up to them. I did take notes and will post the TNs.

This is good, but it's going to be very good in probably 5 to 7 years. It's a typical Smith Woodhouse which means it evolves at a glacial pace. I decanted it for 11 1/2 hours and even that wasn't enough. Don't get me wrong it's still pretty good, but it's not fully knitted together. If you haven't had one in a little while and you have more than one bottle, then I'd open one up, just so you can see the evolution. I'll have to write a tasting note on it, but I want to try it again tomorrow night first.

I love the 95 Madelena---maybe my fav 95. I agree on more aging--but they are so good now.

Sandeman Reserve Ruby
Was thinking of giving one away but decided to try one first and good thing I did.
First port I've had with an agglomerate cork T-stopper, not the best look for a gift. The Croft used a good, smooth cork on the T-stopper.
The Port itself was decent, with mouth-puckering tannins, and on the darker side.
edit: Yes Founder's Reserve, it improved over the next two days. It's very solid, wine-like, with a Plum character.

If this is Sandeman Founder's Reserve, I too found it quite good especially considering its value.

It is a very nice port at a good price and also very easy to find.
