ebay Tongs

Post by David G. »

Did anyone order and receive, or order and not receive, the ebay port tongs from fitoc (Item number: 4438919315)?

I ordered a set back in February and paid for them (paypal) but have not received them.

After 2 emails from the seller, I have not received any more replies in the last few weeks.

I don't want to leave negative feedback on eBay but I paid for them nearly 2 months ago and still haven't received them. I'll have to do that soon.

David, this is public information on their website. Here are their contact information. The guy is a French native, so don't be surprise with the accent!

Hello Andy,

I just received the tongs. The first pair was apparently lost in the mail somewhere between Portugal and here, but Jean Philippe sent me a replacement set. Now I am trying to decide which bottle to open first....
