Cellaring 2008 Pouilly Fuisse?

I picked up a case of Louis Jadot 2008 Pouilly Fuisse for a song. I plan to cellar a little bit. How long would you cellar it before drinking? My initial thought is two years and then give it a go, but if 5+ years is no issue, I'll store it in a different place in the cellar.
My cellar is stacked by when wines projected drinking window starts.

Burgundy can be cellared for many years when specific factors are combined. From a lower appelation, average quality vintage, I would not bother too much about cellaring this wine over 2 years. Louis Jadot is a big negocian, he works well and delivers good wine most of the time but he's not reputed to produce the best of Pouilly Fuissé. Enjoy them today and during the next 2 summers while its fresh and fruity I'd say.

I agree with Frederick. Enjoy while the fruit and acidity are still fresh enough to make it fun to drink. If you try one soon, I'd be interested to hear your findings, especially how heavy or light the oak treatment is.

There are single bottles available right now on sale, but the case deal was $150 for 12. I did not want to break this tidy case up, so back to the packy. I'd think 5 years old would be the sweet spot, but if I like the single as drinking now, I'll leave it up here.
