MARCH 21/2006, LONDON, ON: Five years after the beginning of his successful Event Planning and signature Cooking Studio, Felipe Gomes, President of FG International Corp will open his Mediterranean restaurant, Aroma this spring.

Aroma will feature Mediterranean-inspired Portuguese, Spanish, Italian and French cuisine and will operate seven days a week for lunch, dinner, breakfast meetings, Sunday brunch, private dining and Tapas lounge.

On the first weekend of every month Aroma will present Tapas & Port Wine Evenings with live entertainment featuring Fado, Brazilian Jazz, Flamenco and Opera.

Aroma will offer a perfect blend of Mediterranean flavors that will delight the most capricious palates! Patrons are encouraged to visit and witness a culinary experience that will satiate their senses.

Aroma will be located at 215 Piccadilly St (Piccadilly & Richmond) in a building that exudes a southern European character and charm. The décor is a breath of fresh air in the city of London, creating a space that soon will be a culinary and event destination in our city.

Aroma will feature Portuguese wines by the glass and several other selections from around the world. A large variety of Port wines will be one of the main highlights of Aroma's lounge.

According to Felipe, the team has taken a "fresh spirited" approach to design, menu and drink creation that will translate into a comfortable, refined atmosphere...without stuffiness and high prices.

Aroma complements the FG International Corp. portfolio that includes; Corporate Cooking Team Building, Event Planning and Conference Management.

THE MOST ANTICIPATED DINING EXPERIENCE THIS YEAR IS FINALLY OPENING

LONDON, ON: Five years after the beginning of his successful event planning and signature cooking studio, Felipe Gomes, President of FG International Corp will open a new Mediterranean restaurant in London called, AROMA, on May 1, 2006. To mark the occasion, the team at Aroma will host a special grand opening fundraiser May 7, 2006 in support of London Health Sciences Foundation and the work of one of Canada's largest teaching hospitals, London Health Sciences Centre.

"We are pleased to bring the Mediterranean experience to London and at the same time, join together with the community and support our local hospitals," says Gomes. The event will feature a Port wine welcome reception, culinary presentation of Portuguese, Spanish, Italian and French cuisine made possible by Luis Alves, President of the Chefs Academy of Portugal, entertainment featuring Fado, Flamenco, Opera and Brazilian music, and a special envelope auction. Proceeds from the event will be directed to the new Grace Donnelly Women's Health Pavilion at London Health Sciences Centre.

Aroma will feature Mediterranean-inspired cuisine and will operate seven days a week for lunch, dinner, breakfast meetings, Sunday brunch, private dining and include a tapas lounge. The cuisine of AROMA will be under the leader ship of the master chef, Luis Alves, and. AROMA Executive Chef Brad White is one of the many local culinary talents who is a part of this dynamic team.

On the first weekend of every month, Aroma will present Tapas & Port Wine Evenings with live entertainment featuring Fado, Brazilian Jazz, Flamenco and Opera. The first performer will be the up and coming jazz singer, Suzana Camara recently featured on CBC Radio. Aroma will feature Portuguese wines by the glass and several other selections from around the world. A large variety of Port wines will be one of the main highlights of Aroma's lounge.
