1952 Dalva Golden White Colheita Port
Tasted at the C. da Silva Port Bar on Nov 2nd, 2010
One of my all-time favourites. Light golden brown colour. Sweet spices, honey and light apricots on the nose. Tasted of toasted nuts, pecans, fresh pears, some light brown sugar. Amazing acidity and a great, long finish. Excellent. 96 points
Was reaching the end of the bottle, so not as fresh as I've tried before. Have given this wine an extra point in the past from a new bottle.
