Andy!! Ouch!!! I much prefer the possibility of being a feminine crony, thanks, Stewart! In fact it means chronicler, columnist or historian in Portuguese. When I landed the job to write the Graham's Port blog, I signed up with Finanças, the tax authority here. They have to pigeonhole you in some recognised job title on your paperwork, and since "blogger" doesn't yet exist in their list of approved jobs, we went for Cronista. I like the slightly Homeric overtones of "chronicler" myself...

Yes, typing loses some of the natural beauty of the written word with pen to paper, but it still gets the message across. And Cynthia does a very fine job of this! [notworthy.gif]
