Roy,

Great to see your article on the London Offline in Nov 05 - it brought back good memories of an enjoyable day, nice people and some fabulous bottles of VP 8)

thanks guys. I had a great time obviously and felt that this particular tasting deserved to have it's own special newsletter FEATURE. Did the shorter length of the newsletter detract from the overall reading of this month's newsletter or did it make it easier to read in one sitting versus some of the past issues that were about 50% longer?

I really would like your opinions on this ... for newsletters moving forward.

Thanks!

Roy,

Very nice newsletter, I enjoyed reading about the offline and puttting some faces to names. I also enjoyed the Madeira notes. I hope you get a chance to put some more into upcoming newsletters.

As for the length. The shorter length did not detract, but personally, I liked the slightly longer ones. It gave me a chance to sip a glass or two while reading it. But, I understand also that the shorter ones are probably easier to write and get out on a more timely basis.

Maybe you could fill the shorter ones with more pictures of your trips. I don't know, but maybe it would provoke more people into going on your trips. Ok ok, seeing a cool bottle of 1970 NN next to the decanted nectare is awsome too. Not to mention most of us have probably never seen some of those old rare bottles before.

I also really enjoy the larger newsletters - but I would much rather have a smaller newsletter more often than a large newsletter less often.
