Sam Calagione of Dogfish Head Brewing does some consulting with Dr. McGovern to make beverages based on these historical findings. That technology of this science has advanced so much since I attended the University of Pennsylvania. The headmaster of my residence, Dr. Sol Katz, was a pioneer in this field back then.

....is proving a perfect time capsule because prehistoric artifacts have been preserved under layers of sheep dung and a white crust on the cave’s karst limestone walls.
