1987 Kopke Quinta de Sao Luiz Vintage Port

Tasted at Christmas dinner 2010 with my family.
Expectations were not all that high, but I must admit that it turned out to be a surprisingly good bottle.
Decanted for 8 hours, with tons of sediment, this port was no longer dark.
Lots of fruit, soft on the alcohol. It was really balanced with a long aftertaste. Evidently at its peak.
On day two the left over had lost rather all of its strength.
A remarkable good port to be recommended.
90 points.
