More likely a forklift operator who didn't believe the explicit instructions about keeping the forklift on firm, level ground.

This happens a lot, but not usually with such a fragile and noteworthy load.

And, yes, that REALLY sucks. Not just because of the dollar value, but because that represents a lot of human investment. I would consider it to be on a par with the accidental destruction of an unreplaceable work of art.
