Not as incredible as I was led to believe, but very nice. I didn't score it at the time, but I'm thinking 92-93 points.

Ben, I enjoy the pics you post... And wish I was enjoying the contents of your pics too!

I was on a different point of the spectrum last night: BBQ chicken and Aveleda vinho verde, followed by Dow's 10 year.

For me port is the best desert after a proper meal ( I love BBQ)

If you have any questions regarding cigars feel free to pm me and I might be able to help.

2010 Niepoort Twisted Douro

Gotta say one of the better $13 wines I've had in a long time.

I went a little crazy with the vinho verdes today:

Espiral at $4.49 (trader joes - TJ)
Gazela at $4.49 (TJ)
Espiral vv rose at $4.99 (TJ)
Broadbent at $5.98
Aveleda at $5.98
Famega at $6.99
Casal Mendes at $5.99
Fuzelo at $4.99
Muralhas de Moncao at $10.99
Casal Garcia at $5.99

I think I am going to have a vinho verde party!

And then I bought a bottle for the name and Picasso-esque label (bullfight theme): Capote Velho, vinho de mesa tinto - no DOC designation, for $5.99 ( I think I'll serve this fresca - chilled).
