Outside of the original New Orleans (Terrantez) bottling, the Bual is my favorite in the RWC Historic Series lineup. John, I hope you will enjoy the read on the Madeira tasting we held last month. [cheers.gif]

I love that original New Orleans bottling as well. I'm milking my last two bottles, just holding for the right occasion.

I didn't see the info on the tasting last month, as I don't receive the newsletter. Wish I could get to one of those tastings. I'll stay tuned for future ones.

I have owned eight bottles of the original New Orleans half purchased on release and half on the secondary market (a year later). Love it. I still have two or maybe three left as well and I am very picky as to when they get opened.

You don't have to be a subscriber to read the article on the tasting, as it is on the homepage (bottom) and you can read it anyway. Given your penchant for Port, John, and the fact that there are many opportunties to buy Port and sometimes Madeira too, I am surprised you have not put your foot in the water. It is the cost of one bottle of Port. No pressure though, you can certainly enjoy the free version. [cheers.gif]

I found it Roy. It's a great article. I haven't drunk much Madeira lately, but need to rectify that.
