The burning question is what kind of wine to serve la vache. My money is on La Tache.

I gotta admit, that video's background performance of Libiamo Ne Lieti Calici from Verdi's La Traviata cracked me up. Not to mention the cow getting served two beers at once, just for that extra dimension of flavour.
