I love acidic, dry Champagnes, but this was another animal altogether! Screaming, HOWLING acidity (and I'm sure that this bottling may be pretty pedestrian compared to vintage sercials!) I love Broadbent's term regarding sercials of "...gargling razor blades." With more time with an open bottle, I'm sure that this will soften some....but WOW!
