D´Oliveiras Verdelho Reserva 1966
No bottling date.
Decanted 24 hours.

Appearance: Medium intensity amber with gold rim and light green touches.

Nose: Medium intensity with complexity- walnuts, dried orange peel, vanilla with hint of acetone and molasses.

Taste: Medium-plus body with high intensity of flavors repeating fromt he nose but with more vanilla; medium-plus acidity with a long finish of fresh citrus and a light and pleasant bitter note. Well-integrated alcohol.

Reasonable complexity and good length in a fine but unexceptional madeira. Acetone stronger after 48 hours.

3 out of 5 stars.
