Bricking with a cedar forest nose. Sweet up front quickly transitions to dried cherries, dusty barnyard, and mushrooms. Deceivingly simple at first sip yet by the time the finish arrives the complexity comes out and leaves a lasting impression. This bottle is drinking very well and should hold a couple years longer. But honestly, I love where this is at right now so my last bottle probably won't make it past the end of next year.
