TN: 1795 F.F. Ferraz (Messias) Terrantez Vintage Madeira
Light to medium brown with amber edge. Initial yeast flavors, but these dissipate with airing and cinnamon candy, cloves, honey, peppermint and a little chocolate appear. With more time the mint disappears. Quite sweet in mouth, with intense cinnamon candy flavor with some dark chocolate. Good acidity. Very long finish. Nose 19, taste 19, overall score 19/20. (3/12).
