TN: 1802 Oscar Acciaioly Terrantez Vintage Madeira

Rebottled 1995. Very dark brown, almost black. Huge, rich nose of plums, butterscotch and toffee with a little spearmint. With time honey, toffee, butterscotch and cloves predominate. On palate fabulous, mouthfilling wine with toffee, a little coffee, plenty of cloves, a little salt, and citrus flavors. Excellent balancing acidity and endless finish. Nose 19.5, taste 20, overall 20. A very great wine. After 3 hours, no significant change. Score 20/20. (3/12).
