Medium dark brown with green edge. Slight reduction which blows off. Cinnamon and lemon peel bouquet with a little coffee and almond cookie. With time more nuts, but lemon peel predominates. Least aggressive nose of three "1862s" tasted. On palate citrus and dates. Not as full as other 1862s. Good acidity, but somewhat shorter finish. Nose 18, taste 17.5 and total score 17.5/20. Not the same as the 1862 Borges served simultaneously. Comparing this with previous note, it is clear that the other wines in a flight make a huge difference. On another night, this would be the star. (3/12).
