TN: 1875 Barbeito Malvasia Vintage Madeira
Bottled 2003. Dark. Nose of molasses with residual bottle stink and volatile acidity. Better on palate; molasses, dried red/black fruits, big body, a little lemon zest. Good acidity. Long, rich finish. 19. After 2.5 hours in the glass, bottle stink blows off. Classic malvasia. 19.5/20. (3/10).
