Fado night in central NJ

FTLOPers. I am a board member of an non profit (501c3 under the US tax code) arts council in central Jersey - Freehold, NJ - home of The Boss. On Saturday June 8, 2013, to celebrate Portugal Day, we are having a Fado Night with a "Taste of Portugal."
Our fadista is a very talented young woman, Nathalie Pires. If you like Fado (regardless if you are in the area or not), you really need to check her out. http://www.nathaliepires.com. But see her here in Freehold before you lose the chance to see such a talent in a small setting.
Attached is the flier for the night. Right now, the taste part of the "Taste of Portugal" is going to probably be three introductory ports: white, ruby reserve and a non-age specific tawny. The food pairings are also being decided, but will probably be a light cheese and salted almonds with the white port, a light, but not overpowering chocolate (like a chocolate salami) with the ruby, and the custard pasteis da nata with the tawny.
If you are in the area, and would like a ticket, please contact me. The event will be held in a small theater, 49 seat capacity. This was chosen to preserve intimacy of fado.
Again, if you haven't checked out Nathalie Pires, you should do it. She also sings every other Wednesday night at Alfama Restaurant in NYC; and at the end of May she will be singing at the Philadelphia Museum of Art. (that being said, if you are in the area please pay for our event!)
(Of course, as a non-profit - we welcome any donations - wink, wink
Also, if any one has any contacts that could help us, we'd appreciate it. We need supporters/sponsors/assistance in order to break even. I also take comments and suggestions on the port and food pairings - but price is a big concern, and remember this is after dinner show and most people are probably not afficionados of port.
