I didn't know Pelorus was unavailable in the States. I believe I still have a couple bottles from the late 90's I got in Japan.
New Zealand is another place I need to go sometime.

Honestly, as much as I love some New Zealand wines, I can't seem to get "Flight of the Concordes" out of my head when I hear about the country. Very distracting haha.

I'm somewhat embarrassed to say I've never been to NZ either (unless you count a stop off at Auckland airport on my way to Chile). It's the only other country that could be considered close to me. I really can't stand sauv blanc though but they do make some stellar pinot noir.
