In all seriousness, though, to me this says that the beneficio needs to be raised and that the producers need to start bottle aging a good chunk of their product to sell at some point in the future. If we're reaching a critical point, then it would be wise for producers to invest in stock now that they can sell later at a presumably much higher price (due to ever increasing demand). Port producers are in a uniquely powerful position because their product ages so gracefully for such a long time.
