Gould Campbell VP 1997
Wine Library has it for $24.75. Is that a good price?

Re: Gould Campbell VP 1997
I don't have any experience with GC97, but can make an educated guess.
GC is normally a very underrated Port, meaning that it doesn't get the credit it deserves. 1997 also seems to be a bit of an underrated year, probably because it got stuck between 1994's quality and 2000's millennial hype (and quality).
Putting those two things together and then applying a $25 price tag... I'd say yes, that's an excellent deal.

Michael, that's like 1/2 price. Great deal and a very nice youngster.

At that price, grab 'em all. If for nothing else than a nice "house VP."
