My new copy arrived yesterday.

Richard confirmed to me in an email that this new version contains only minor additions/amendments in addition to his 2011 vintage review and a new bibliography so is considered a reprint of the 2013 edition, not a new edition in its own right. The overall page-count has increased by two as a result of these changes.

Thanks for doing the fact checking. I have been paying closer attention to his upcoming Madeira book than this one, Glad to have supported Richard as I did buy a new copy already, of his book even though I've seen all of his 2011 reviews.
