A friend of mine got an invitation from a parent who received that 57 yrs old colheita (btld 2001) and both of them have very small experience in port. Having never experienced so old tawnies (and simply never tasted any Romariz), I'm a little bit useless to give them a foretaste. Someone has tasting notes on this one? Thanks in advance

If you would please add your first and last name to your profile so that we know who you are, I'd be happy to comment on your wine. Thanks!

Sorry Roy,
I did not know it was important to use our name. I had nothing to hide behind Da Roriz, believe me ...!

Should I understand that if there's no tasting notes on this site about this rare nectar, even Roy Hersh has not tasted it...!?! Is it distributed in USA?

Don't think so, I've never seen it.

A check on Winesearcher only show it being sold in Canada, Austria, and Mexico. And only at 4 stores world wide. Possibly a 5th one in Portugal, but it does not specify colheita.
