Can't login via Tapatalk / Edit Account Settings is a 404..

I can't login at the moment via Tapatalk on my iPhone. No problem here on the laptop, but on the phone, I just get a message saying that I've exceeded the permitted number of login attempts and have to complete a CAPTCA - which of course doesn't display in the Tapatalk login screen.
I can't change my password either, since the Edit Account Settings pane in the Profile tab of the Control Panel is currently returning a 404 dead link.
Any suggestions?

That sounds like an issue with the iPhone version of the app. Have you tried deleting the app and re-installing?

I've had the same problem, and the same issue seems to be popping up on the other port forum as well, it seems to be tapatalk update related. Uninstalling the app didn't fix things, so I actually made a second account so I could post from my phone.

Hmm. I reinstalled the app; no beans; and I have not had the problem with my PortForum account. Any joy with that 404 dead link?

Have you submitted a ticket? That's the best way to get forum/website issues resolved.

Interesting. I use iPhone and have not had any issues. Please do full out a help desk ticket so out techies can start looking into it ASAP. Thanks

have submitted a ticket for the dead link. hopefully this will then allow me to change my password and the tapatalk issue will be resolved. we'll see.

Well, my ticket has been unanswered for a week. Still no solution to this.

Did you get a receipt for your ticket? (Of course signed in, at least, sequiplicate.)

That link works. It's going through the User Control panel that results in a 404 error (and still does, I just tested it).
