Gearing up for MADEIRATHON

Post by Roy Hersh »

Departure: 2 weeks from tomorrow. Can't wait to spend an entire week on the island. Planning out what to pack into a case for the retorno viagem. Going to check out every remaining producer and new one too. 8--)

Sure. In the mean time Barry, you can check out the FB page to see upcoming photos of the Boal tasting.

I went in January. Feels like ages. Can't wait to follow your adventures on the island. Do keep us all updated with lots of photos!

All the best,

As excited as I am to try many new and ancient bottlings while visiting the island, every bit as much, I am looking forward to experiencing about a dozen restaurants that I've never been to before. I spent many many hours researching this topic before making the selections. Not easy from afar, but I think we will enjoy lots more great ones than duds. Departure in 9 days. [yahoo.gif]
