TN: Blandy's 1996 Malmsey Madeira

Bottled in 2012, Lodge 1 Este, cask 24065. Lots of rich dried apricots and toffee on the nose. Not as sweet as the 1994 with more complexity and grip. Brown sugar, toffee, light VA, the finish lingers for a fair amount of time. This has better overall balance and complexity than the 1994 showed.
