Ambition driven by passion, rather than money, is as strong an elixir as is Port. http://www.fortheloveofport.com

I'd imagine that helicopters would be prohibitively expensive for most vineyards. Frost can be quite a problem in the vineyards near me but I'm not aware of anybody dealing with it using helicopters. Mostly, I think the fans or sprinklers get used

A couple of newish wineries in NY I knew used them once or twice, mostly because they still had startup money, but mostly people used fans or sprinklers as only a few nights of helicopters paid for installing such systems.
