Do preservation systems work?
I've seen something called "Wine Life" sold at wine stores and was wondering if they really work. It appears you spray it into the partially empty bottle of wine then recork. I guess it is supposed to force out the air and replace it with whatever is in the can. Thus extending the life of the wine. So do these type of products actually work?
