So for those over there, or anyone else who's heard any news. Who won the race? And do tell of what fun you're having or had.

The race is still on. It's proceeding very, very slowly.

Warre might be in the lead.

Sandeman took a bad line and have failed to negotiate the only real bend in the course of the race. Tom and George have presumably decided to beach and head for the nearest bar. Meanwhile Derek and Alex are rowing like slaves aboard the Graham's boat.
Warre still in the lead.

As the black sail of Warre looms closer, I feel somewhat like Aegeus awaiting the return of Theseus. I might just jump in and end it all..

And in first place, Dalva, followed 2 seconds behind by Warre. Cockburn about ten to fifteen lengths behind. Image

As George Sandeman learned last year, when he was not amused by his inept crew, he had talked or somewhat "joked" about firing his entire crew. Thanks for the photos and updates Daniel.

I am delighted to announce that Graham's won the boat race, despite 12 other boats crossing the finishing line before we did. We have some work to do with video evidence to demonstrate that the other 12 boats should all be disqualified for various reasons, but I am confident that we will be able to do so. In the meantime I offer my congratulations to Dalva for their having crossed the finishing line first.

No doubt due to the enthusiasm and coordination of the rowers, yes?
