Bifana

Roy's Francesinha topic reminded me about this really tiny Bifana place called Sol e Sombra i found by accident when i visited Porto the first time. Since that i have enjoyed that marvellous and delicious Bifana during all my three trips to Porto. There's this older gentleman - whose name escapes me right now - who makes the spicy and tasty sauce from the beginning, mixes some tender pork meat with it and serves it with nice fresh bread with VERY reasonable price. Perfect with bottle of Super Bock or glass of wine.
He speaks none to very little english but we have always got along perfectly. It's a really small, almost unnoticeable restaurant but you can find Sol e Sombra at the address Rua Passos Manuel, nÂș 233. It's in central Porto located very close to Coliseu do Porto. They don't seem to have a website but in their FB site you can find a pictorial of the cooking process:
