Weird wine cross promotional thing

Post by Gizzyeq »

By far some of the oddest ones I've seen...wine in movies and such aren't new obviously...sidways, mondovino recently and plenty of other movies as a cameo such as the James Bond series(Bollinger)...but this is the first time I've seen a Wine & DVD promotional thing...

Here's one for Apocalypse Now Redux :salute:

I wonder if its mixed in with the nose of napalm
I guess if your a fan...might be hard to resist

This one is for The Red Violin

Has a very cool packaging...but the wine and book are bleh imo hehe
Awesome movie btw I HIGHLY recommend it if anyone hasn't see it yet.

akira,
what is the apocolypse bottle? i'm a big fan of the movie and i'm curious where you'd find this sort of item, or even how you came across it.
who is the wine maker?

hehe a collector fan eh cool...
I'm a Home theater freak so i'm always keeping my eye on nice special edition packaging.

Seems like its from Niebaum/Coppola winery that he co-owns and they produced that special packaging including the wine in there...which was uhh sold? to Rubicon or they changed the name... and its available at their web store
