Thanks for the details of your tasting event. Wow! We can all live vicariously through these great photos. (and I know photos can be deceiving but you can see the "rose" color very well)

Excellent post and very informative! I own but have not yet tried many of the older ports you tasted ('08, '27, '55 Taylor & Cockburn and also several '35's) so it will be great to compare notes when I start opening those bottles. Love the pictures as well..very helpful.
