What is the greatest young Vintage Madeira you've had?

We all read about the ancient bottles of Madeira, the super expensive ones and even the inexpensive great QPR Madeiras ... so now I would love to see what your favorite YOUNG VM is today?

You mean young - like from the second half of the 20th century?
Then for me it can only be:
1963
Leacock Sercial
Bottle:
Modern bottle of industrial make.
Color:
Pale tawny with yellow-greenish rim.
Nose:
Very strong notes of lemon, a little spirity.
Palate:
Very concentrated, very fruity, lots of acidity, lemon and more lemon, almost with a sweet impression because of all the fruity aromas, long dry finish with a slightly bitter lemon note. This wine is powerful and will probably age very well. Mouthcleansing!

But I will admit that the 1968 Boal from D'Oliveiras comes close.

Actually when talking about young, I was thinking of these things:
Any five, ten or fifteen year old, recent vintage Colheita Madeiras and Vintage Madeiras from the 1960s and younger. I should have specified that, so thanks Peter.
Now I must find a bottle of the 1963 Leacock's that you mentioned.

My favorite "youngster" would probably be the 68 D'Oliveira Boal. I have yet to taste any the the H+H 5/10/15 year blends, which I hear are very good.
