That's beat how the article mentioned auction houses stipulating that they cannot be held responsible for selling fakes... WTF are we paying them a fee for then? Auction house should refund money within a certain time frame (at a minimum) if the wine is fake or not as described.

Actually, in the USA they have to take back if what they sold is fake.
