That's beat how the article mentioned auction houses stipulating that they cannot be held responsible for selling fakes... WTF are we paying them a fee for then? Auction house should refund money within a certain time frame (at a minimum) if the wine is fake or not as described.

Actually, in the USA they have to take back if what they sold is fake. Though the not as described is the classic one, though it usually benefits the buyer who gets a more expensive bottle for less when they mis-label or price it.
