2002 Chassagne Montrachet. It went perfectly with the turkey and cut the creamy richness of the gravy. We haven't had any Madeira yet tonight, but it's still early...

The hotel I am staying at (Marriott) had a port sauce served with Turkey. Well, it's port, right???

I finished the evening with the RWC Boston Boal, exposing a few family members as well to the lovely tipple (and a little madeira history). ![[cheers.gif]](./images/smilies/cheers.gif "Toast")

RWC Porto Moniz Verdelho before dinner- a great way to whet the appetite. I am about to try it with left-over pecan pie.
