When we visited Pedro Lemos' restaurant in Porto during the FTLOP Harvest Tour in 2012, Pedro gave us a special cooking lesson. He showed us to make a few traditional Portuguese dishes - I'm sure that everyone of our tour still remembers that nice evening, standing on the roof-top terrace, watching Pedro doing some magic things with food.
It's great to see that his restaurant got the first Michelin-Star last month - I anyhow wanted to go back to his restaurant this summer, but now I'm more sure than ever that I have to go there again...
