So the question is there any benefit, gastronomically, to use human milk for cheese. I would say not. Other mammals have better milk for cheese, including camel (it is very delicious having a lot of butterfat) and Yak (actually Nuzum since Yak refers to the male). I've heard that Whale milk is among the richest of mammalian milks, but would think actually milking a whale would present some problems.
