H.M. Borges is being imported to the US!

Post by David Spriggs »

I just received an offer from the Rare Wine Company for the 1979 H.M. Borges Sercial. I love that wine! I'm very happy to see them getting someone to import then to the US!

I'll upload my TN on the 1979 when I get a chance.

I don't know if they are importing in general, or just bringing in the one bottling. The Rare Wine Co, has brought in single bottlings of Borges before, most notably the 1940 Solera. Unforntunately there's no more, even at Borges. I'd love to see someone bring in their 15 year old series.

Oh, and I think I like this Sercial as much as you do!

Oh no! Gone already???? I didn't respond yet either... :(

When we get together I'll bring one that I hand carried back from Madeira. [cheers.gif]

I got three bottles after somebody cancelled an order. RWC is trying to get more.

I got 3 bottles, too. Yes, there was a cancellation. Check on it, David.
