I think they're missing the most important, the wine cellar that's large enough to be noticed from the curb

I thought it was attractive women playing volleyball in the front yard to give curb appeal?

Re: Improving curb appeal of your home
Have these people heard about California's water problems? My grass is sorta green and sorta brown. I'm trying to keep it just barely alive since we're in a massive drought. Hope that the El Nino comes through this winter and gives us lots of rain.Get the right greenery. Your landscaping choices should enhance the house, not hide it. Use landscaping to call out features like a home's symmetry or to hide trouble spots. Consider choosing fire resistant plants to help prevent the spread of wildfire to your home. Bonus: These plants are often drought tolerant too. Be sure to keep all plants manicured and trimmed. -

Hah, but then I'll get some water inspector cite me for over watering my lawn since he's a government employee and won't know the difference.Bradley Bogdan wrote:http://smg.photobucket.com/user/donnwes ... b.jpg.html there's always this option!
