Cossart Gordon No. 26 Light Madeira - What is it?

I just picked up a bottle of Cossart Gordon No. 26 Light Madeira. It was reasonable, so I took a flyer on it, not knowing anything about it. Does anyone have any info on this wine?
The bottle looks somewhat old, and the contents are expressed in fractions of a quart (25/32) instead of liters. Photos are below. Any help or tasting notes would be appreciated (there's nothing in the tasting DB). Thanks!
